Refund & Returns
We want you to love your Ziva Place gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

• Returns: You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Exchanges: Got the wrong size or color? No worries — we’ll exchange it for the right one.

• Damaged or Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@zivaplace.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.

• Non-returnable items: Custom-made items or final sale products can’t be returned.
